After blowing up on TikTok and then Instagram reels, this meal became a classic staple in my meal rotation. I tried a new recipe that subs the heavy whipping cream for coconut milk and who’s surprised I like the original better!
Ingredients: 1.5 lbs of cubed chicken breast, sun-dried tomato, garlic, orzo, chicken broth, white wine, coconut milk, spinach, parmesan, Italian seasoning, and salt & pepper to taste!
