ADV 1321: Blog Self-Portrait

My mother has had a personal crest drawn up for almost every member of my family. The artist asked for a list of important things that matter to us. I believe my personal crest is a great example of what makes me, well me. I was born in 2002 and live in Winter Park, FL. The peacock feathers and All Saints Church, the white building on the right, remind me of home. The tennis rackets and gazebo on the left represent my love of tennis and my sleepaway camp, both of which have been essential in shaping who I am today. The Chi Omega cowboy boots and red mustang showcase important parts of my college self. The coffee cup and champagne glasses perfectly represent my Type A “work hard, play hard” mentality.” Of course, nothing of mine would be complete without mentioning my dogs, Stella and Winston. I loved getting to use my brain and help make the essential parts of my life flourish in this painting!
